We want you to receive your supps as soon as possible so all orders placed before 3pm are processed on the same working day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next available working day.  You will receive an order competed notification when your order has been sent along with tracking information from DPD to the email and or mobile numbers you provide at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the delivery fees with free local pickup at our Locks Heath shop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the same working day for any orders placed before 4pm. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready to pick up. Please note the shop is open for collections Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been sent, you will receive an email and/or text notification from DPD which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@365nutrition.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
