Postage and packing are not included in the use of the term “Goods”.

Price
The Price of the Goods is set out on the Website and the confirmation of order. Value Added Tax is charged at the rate or rates applicable at the date of confirmation of order and will be shown together on the invoice.
Completing the Contract.
When you complete your details and the details of the Goods which you wish to purchase and submit them to us by clicking the ‘Order’ button, you are offering to purchase the Goods at the price shown on the Website in GB pounds Sterling subject to these terms and conditions.
The Contract for the sale by us to you of the Goods is completed when we send to you our confirmation of order by email.
In order to buy Goods from us through this Website you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse to complete a contract for the sale of Goods to you.
Payment
Payment for Goods must be made inn full at the time of ordering and can be made by credit or debit card, via Apple Pay, PayPal, SquarePay or ClearPay subject to status.
Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your Goods will be despatched. In the unlikely event we are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail with an estimated delivery time. Normally this would be the following day. to you as soon as possible. In some parts of the world, delivery may be delayed by the postal system in that country. In such cases we will discuss with you by e-mail a mutually acceptable method of proceeding with your order.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery.
It is not possible to guarantee delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank holidays, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day or any other national holiday in the country of delivery.
Please note, we only deliver to United Kingdom.
Law and Jurisdiction
The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.
